Feelings: The Technology of Creation

Evgeny Fleysher · 11 July 2026

Feelings are the key that forms everything a person wants. What you feel is what you shape. But feeling alone is not enough: join your feeling with your attention, and you begin to create. You can feel without attention — you feel good or bad while thinking of nothing; the attention rests on the feeling itself. From there, though, it can be moved — into production.

In other words, a feeling is the technology for creating what you want to create. Take an example: to bake a simple pie you need particular flour, a specific oven, someone’s hands, the right temperature, a filling, circumstances. That is the technology of a pie. Now carry the same understanding over to the space of your life: how many characteristics must be accounted for? And every one of them has to live in your feeling. Not in a plan on paper — in the feeling.

A feeling is the “technology” for creating what you want.

There are no wrong feelings

Only true feelings exist. If it seems to you that your “technology” is wrong, it is wrong relative to the result you want to obtain — not in itself. A technology creates from what you put into it; what you put in may simply not match what you desire. A feeling in itself cannot be wrong — wrongness and rightness as such do not exist here. That removes the endless self-reproach of “I feel incorrectly”: you feel correctly. The question is which result the technology is set to.

That is why a person’s first work is with their feelings and thoughts: to understand exactly what you will get with these particular feelings — and to tune them to what you actually want.

A feeling cannot be wrong. It can be aimed at the wrong result.

Do not keep the technology in storage

The secret is not to be afraid to release your feelings into realisation. A technology must run — only while running can it be corrected and tuned to what you actually want. If it is installed and you never use it, you will never learn whether it matches your desire. And like any technology, it needs raw material: if you want a pie at the output, feed in flour. If you want a new life at the output, feed the feeling with real actions, meetings, steps.

When a person feels, they already are the technology. And intuition, meanwhile, tells them how correctly they are building it relative to the result. Here it is worth separating two words that usually get confused: sensations are the intermediate events, the small results with which you reinforce or dismantle your intuition. A feeling is always born relative to the final goal. A sensation says “warmer, colder” at this step; a feeling holds the whole route.

So do not ask “what should I do”. Ask more precisely: what am I feeling — and which result is this technology set to? If the answer does not match the desire, do not force the feeling. Retune it with attention. That is what attention is for.

What you feel is what you shape.
