Illusion

Work for the article “Illusion” (letter И) in the book “The Spiritual Alphabet”.

"Where there is no truth, there is illusion." Just as cold is only the absence of warmth, illusion is everything that does not actually exist: past and future, expectations and other people's judgements, reflections of a mirror in a mirror, multiplying the image to infinity. The work is built on sacred geometry as a visual code of discernment — where you are looking at the world directly, and where through the endless corridor of your own mind's reflections. A painting from the cycle for the book "The Spiritual Alphabet": an instrument for returning attention from the imagined to what is actually happening — here and now.
