The Birth of the Soul

Energy begins to take on the properties of matter, shown in the image of a planet and its core: the planet turns one way, the core the other, symbolizing movement through time.

The visible portal thus shows what the birth of a soul looks like as it enters matter — a body coming into being.

This event is directly tied to the thoughts that arise in the course of living. Throughout a person's life the soul shapes matter out of "subtle" energies — and this is the process of its spiritual growth.
